SnappyPay Systems sells one‑time digital redemption codes. Each code is generated for a specific customer checkout, applied to that checkout, and invalidated upon use. The customer card transaction is the customer’s purchase of a digital good from SnappyPay Systems. SnappyPay Systems is the merchant of record on every transaction.
The platform is available in the United States and Canada. There is no stored balance, no reloadable value, no transferable code, no fixed‑denomination purchase, and no money movement on behalf of any third party.
Operating principles.
Clarity over cleverness
Every aspect of the customer purchase is intentionally simple. The customer buys a digital code, applies it once, and is finished. There are no hidden mechanics.
Card data minimization
Card details are captured exclusively inside an external PCI‑DSS Level 1 service. SnappyPay Systems holds only tokenized references. A compromise of our infrastructure does not expose cardholder data.
Independent cardholder confirmation
Every purchase is confirmed by the cardholder out of band before settlement. The result is a strong, independently verifiable record of intent.
Customer support before dispute
Direct customer support is available so cardholders can resolve questions about a purchase without escalating to a dispute. Our support number connects directly to our team.
Append‑only audit trail
Original facts are never overwritten. Refunds, retries, and code lifecycle events are recorded as separate entries, producing a complete, time‑ordered record of every purchase.
