Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of SnappyPay Systems and the purchase of digital redemption codes.
1. Introduction
Welcome to SnappyPay Systems. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of one‑time digital redemption codes sold by SnappyPay Systems. By initiating a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete the purchase.
2. The Product You Are Purchasing
You are purchasing a one‑time digital redemption code (a “Code”) directly from SnappyPay Systems. SnappyPay Systems is the merchant of record for this purchase. The Code is the only product supplied by SnappyPay Systems. Any goods or services redeemed using the Code are supplied solely by the participating merchant. The Code is:
- generated for the specific checkout event and transaction amount at the time of purchase;
- delivered electronically and applied to that same checkout event;
- one‑time use, non‑transferable, and invalidated upon successful application;
- not a stored balance, prepaid credit, wallet value, or reloadable instrument;
- not redeemable for cash and not exchangeable for currency.
3. Merchant Products
SnappyPay Systems sells only the one‑time digital redemption code described in these Terms.
Any goods or services obtained through redemption of a Code are offered, sold, fulfilled, shipped, and supported by the participating merchant.
SnappyPay Systems does not manufacture, formulate, test, package, label, store, distribute, recommend, or deliver any physical products offered by participating merchants.
Questions regarding product safety, quality, ingredients, instructions, warranties, recalls, regulatory status, or fitness for a particular purpose must be directed to the participating merchant.
4. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to complete a purchase.
- Purchases are accepted only from customers with billing and shipping addresses within the United States and Canada.
- Your account and purchases must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- SnappyPay Systems reserves the right to refuse service or to invalidate any Code obtained through fraudulent, unauthorized, or non‑compliant means.
5. Receipts
Purchases from SnappyPay Systems identify SnappyPay Systems as the merchant of record. An electronic receipt is provided at the time of purchase identifying SnappyPay Systems as the merchant of record.
6. Card Authorization
By completing your purchase, you authorize SnappyPay Systems to charge your card the exact amount of the transaction. Card details are captured and tokenized by an external PCI‑DSS Level 1 service provider. SnappyPay Systems retains only a tokenized reference for the purpose of refunds, retries, and dispute resolution; the tokenized reference cannot be used to initiate a new charge without your authorization.
7. Bank Transfer (ACH) Authorization — NACHA Compliance
If you select a bank transfer (ACH debit) payment method, the following authorization applies:
By initiating a bank transfer payment, you authorize SnappyPay Systems to initiate a one‑time ACH debit from your designated bank account for the exact amount displayed at checkout. This authorization is provided electronically and constitutes your agreement to be bound by the applicable NACHA Operating Rules governing ACH transactions.
You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the bank account and that sufficient funds are available at the time of the transaction. This authorization applies only to the specific transaction initiated and does not create any recurring billing arrangement.
If the ACH debit is returned for insufficient funds, SnappyPay Systems may, in accordance with NACHA Operating Rules, re‑present the debit one additional time. You may revoke this authorization prior to submission of the transaction by cancelling the purchase or contacting Support@SnappyPay.com.
SnappyPay Systems retains records of all ACH authorizations, including customer identity, time stamp, IP address, and transaction details, for compliance and audit purposes for a minimum of two (2) years.
8. Refunds, Disputes, and Cardholder Support
Refund eligibility, the refund request process, and refund timelines are described in the Refund Policy and the Guarantee Policy. Cardholder dispute handling is described in the Dispute Policy. SnappyPay Systems encourages cardholders to contact our customer support team before initiating a dispute with the issuing bank; in most cases, we can resolve the underlying question directly.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SnappyPay Systems to:
- purchase a Code using a payment method that is not yours or that you are not authorized to use;
- misrepresent your identity, location, or eligibility;
- attempt to obtain, use, or transfer a Code through fraudulent or unauthorized means;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent platform safeguards, including geographic, velocity, or anomaly controls;
- use SnappyPay Systems in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
10. Account Restriction and Termination
SnappyPay Systems reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to its services for any account associated with fraudulent, unauthorized, or non‑compliant activity, or for any breach of these Terms. Restriction may be imposed without prior notice in cases of suspected fraud or compliance risk. Affected users may request review of any restriction by contacting Support@SnappyPay.com.
11. Limitation of Liability
SnappyPay Systems provides the digital redemption code service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SnappyPay Systems is not responsible for the manufacture, formulation, packaging, labeling, shipment, delivery, safety, effectiveness, regulatory compliance, or performance of products supplied by participating merchants.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnappyPay Systems’s aggregate liability arising from or related to your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the Code in question. SnappyPay Systems is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account, third‑party fraud, or events outside SnappyPay Systems’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SnappyPay Systems, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of SnappyPay Systems, your violation of these Terms, or any third‑party claim related to your misuse of the services.
13. Modifications
SnappyPay Systems may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of SnappyPay Systems following any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of SnappyPay Systems shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the State of Wyoming.
